About your ALL CARD
Your official university identification card
How to get a card:
ALL CARDS are automatically activated semester by semester. If you already have your card, you do not need to take any further action; it will be valid for the duration of your attendance/employment. New students may visit the ALL CARD office as early as two weeks before classes begin and at least two working days after registering for classes to receive a card. Please bring a current driver's license, state-issued photo ID or passport. For new employees not yet entered into the HR system, hiring departments must e-mail authorization to the ALL CARD office at least one business day in advance of card issuance.
Lost cards:
Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the ALL CARD office or through your ManageMyID account. We will attempt to notify you if your card has been recovered and will hold it for 30 days. Replacement cards may be obtained for $10; value and functions will be reactivated.
How to care for your ALL CARD:
- Keep your card separate from other card's magnetic strips to avoid de-magnetizing it.
- Protect your card from scratches by keys, change or other sharp objects.
- Do not punch holes in, apply stickers to or bend your card.
- High temperatures (like a closed car) will warp your card.
- Treat your card like cash; someone else could use it if it is left unattended.
General policies:
- The NKU ALL CARD is not transferable and must be presented upon request to establish official university identification.
- The card remains the property of the issuer and must be returned upon request.
- Refunds from ALL CARD dollar accounts are available to cardholders with significant balances who are graduating and leaving the University or leaving employment. Requests must be made in writing.
- The university is not responsible for loss or expense resulting from the loss, theft, damage or misuse of this card.
- If a transaction cannot be verified due to a systems problem and a purchase occurs with an insufficient card balance, the cardholder is responsible for payment.
- Requests for card usage histories must be made in person, or in writing, by the individual named on the account. They may also be obtained on you ManageMyID account.
- Use of the NKU ALL CARD indicates agreement with card policies.
